Our staffing professionals are dedicated to providing you with personal, one-on-one service to find the best match for your career goals.

When you apply, you will go through the following steps:

  1. ApplicationApply online now.
  2. Resume – Attach your resume with your online application.
  3. Skill Assessment – We will evaluate your skills using our computer-based tests based on your level of experience.
  4. Interview – If your skills and background match one of our open positions, a member of the Olympic recruiting team will contact you to schedule a face-to-face interview.  Please be sure to dress professionally.
  5. Verification – Olympic will verify your work history and check references.  Bring your resume (or the names and addresses of former employers) and references to your interview.  You will also need to bring two forms of ID to your interview (driver’s license, social security card, etc.) for I9 and social security number verification.
  6. Pre-Employment Preparation – To ensure you are thoroughly prepared for your new role, an Olympic associate will counsel you on specific policies, benefits, information, and issues related to your new assignment.
