Give Your Employees Freedom in Their Positions.

If you want to foster this type of culture, you’re going to need to give your employees freedom in their positions. Whether this means allowing them to start new divisions, head up new initiatives, or even make suggestions, you need to be open to it. It also helps if you let your employees know that they have this freedom from day one, so they know exactly what to expect.

Allow for an Open Environment of Communication.

Another great way to foster this type of culture is to allow for an open environment of communication.
